Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daleel mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Daleel on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the app store rules you downloaded it from.

2. Subscriptions

  • A subscription unlocks reading ingredients panels and the assistant. The register, the notebook and your positions are free.
  • Daleel offers auto-renewable weekly and yearly subscriptions. The exact price, billing period, and local currency are shown in the App before purchase, and are charged in your local currency at the rate the store sets for your country.
  • There is no free trial. The weekly plan is offered with a reduced introductory price for the first week, which is a paid period, not a trial. After that first week the subscription renews at the standard weekly price shown in the App.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to rely on it as the sole basis for health or safety decisions.

4. Intellectual property

Daleel and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the App’s output.

7. Changes to the service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
