E471, E472, E473, E475, E481, and E570

Look for wording such as "vegetable mono- and diglycerides," "vegetable magnesium stearate," or an equivalent supplier statement. E627, E630, E631, E632, E633, E634, and E635 in chips and instant noodles

EU and UK additive records identify E627 as disodium guanylate and E631 as disodium inosinate. Related inosinate and ribonucleotide additives include E630, E632, E633, E634, and E635. These flavor enhancers often appear in savory seasoning blends, including chips, noodles, soups, sauces, and snacks.

SANHA lists several inosinate and ribonucleotide additives as source-dependent, with possible routes including meat extract, dried sardines, and microbiological fermentation.
